Private 1:1 Coaching
Receive confidential and compassionate coaching from someone who understands exactly what you’re going through (and knows how to help).
**All coaching begins with a free 30-minute consultation call — if it feels like a fit, you'll be invited to book a Sweet Relief Session (discounted trial session).
Once that is complete, depending on where you are in your PTSD journey and what feels most supportive,
you can choose between two private coaching packages:
Perfect for: Anyone seeking a breakthrough on a specific challenge or emotional block.
What it is: 4 private 60-minute sessions over a 6-week period. We’ll meet online via Zoom conferencing.
You’ll also have weekly Voxer/Email access to me for support and coaching when things come up.
What we’ll do: We will explore Transformational Coaching, psycho-education, nervous system regulation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), nervous system regulation and Somatic Stress Release to build your resilience around your specific challenge or concern.
What could change for you:
Investment: $600 USD for 4 60-minute sessions plus What's App/Voxer/Email support over 6 weeks.

Perfect for: Individuals who are ready for deep transformation and holistic wellness. You want to break through your own traumas, emotional roadblocks and limiting beliefs.
What it is: 10 private 60 minute sessions over a 3-4-month period + 2 private 20 minute 'SOS' calls.
We’ll meet online via Zoom conferencing or in-person in my private office in Kelowna BC.
You’ll receive VIP treatment with unlimited What'sApp/Voxer/Email access to me for advice and coaching during our time together.
What we’ll do: We will explore Transformational Coaching techniques, psycho-education, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), nervous system regulation and Somatic Stress Release to create holistic wellness and resilience for the long-term.
We’ll create your personalized Resilience Roadmap. I’ll support and coach you each step of the way.
What could change for you:
Investment/Cost/Fee: $1,300 USD for 10 private coaching sessions plus unlimited What's App/Voxer/Email support. Split pay (50% upon booking; 50% 1 month later) or payment plans available. Please connect with Carla to arrange.
