I offer your first session at a discounted rate to give you an opportunity to experience what it's like to work with me before you commit to a group program or private coaching.
I know it’s scary to ask for help, but I’m here to support you at any stage of your PTSD journey.
1. Book your confidential call
Look at the calendar below to find a convenient time to hop on a video call and meet.
2. You will be prompted to pay a small fee ($50 USD) for this call. Why do I charge for these calls? I know seeking support and sharing your heart can be scary, and in my experience, people sometimes schedule a free call and then get cold feet — trust me, I've been there, it's totally normal and it's important to be truly ready...so, to protect both of us and make a mutual commitment to investing the time & energy to get you the support you need, this is the first step.
If you choose to go forward and work with me, the $50 charge for the first call will be applied towards whichever path you choose.
3. Your 90-minute Sweet Relief Session
We’ll meet on video call at our agreed time. You'll release some of the emotional burden you're carrying by telling me a bit about your situation and what you're struggling with and what you'd like to be different.
I’ll tell you more about myself and how I work, then you'll receive a 60 minute coaching experience ("Sweet Relief"!) where I will offer some coping and resilience tools to help you release a fear or emotion that’s been weighing you down.
This gives you a chance to see what it feels like and decide if working with me feels supportive for you. You’ll have a chance to open up to someone who totally understands and get some relief (I have your back, friend!!!)
4. Rising into Resilience
If - and only if - you feel open and ready, then we’ll discuss the best options for working together. There’s absolutely no pressure. This is 100% about what you need to thrive as a partner of a trauma survivor.
